Notes:

The Post Type Counts are probably lower than in the live site since I haven’t reparsed WooCommerce recently.
I’ve deleted the entries from the list of inactive plugins. This is a WordPress Multi Site environment; those plugins are activated on demand in blocks.wp-a2z.org
It looks like I need to declare WooCommerce support by including add_theme_support('woocommerce'); in functions.php.
Yup, that gave me the tick.

But the site doesn’t work as well.

Results when add_theme_support( ‘woocommerce’ ) is uncommented in functions.php

There is a PR for this: Automattic/woocommerce#30013. But I don’t think the solution takes into account user customisation stored in the database.

So, for the time being, I’ll not add theme support and see what happens.
